Costume Design and Construction

Welcome to my portfolio, I'm a graduate of Nottingham Trent University where I studied Costume Design and Construction; here I refined my skills in patternmaking, tailoring, corsetry, and textiles, while also while also exploring the historical and cultural contexts that influence costume design. I am passionate about the power of costumes to aid audience's understanding and enjoyment of performance-based creative storytelling.

 

My first role out of university was working as a dresser at the Chichester Festival Theatre for their 2024 summer season. I worked on three shows: Coram Boy, Cameron Mackintosh's Oliver! and Redlands. ​

In the future I am looking to expand my experience into the film and tv industry.
